Paying Taxes
Every company in the UIKA needs to pay taxes. While this may seem unfair, this is fair. You're paying the government, so we can improve the club nation (not a real nation, temple nation). Taxes come in two forms: income tax (which differs from business to business, when you register your business, we tell you your tax rule) and in property tax, which differs based on the amount of property owned. You must pay them on time, which comes every 4 weeks. We'll send a reminder to you about this if you register an email ID with us.
Here's how:
1. Click the email button at the top. It says contact us or pay taxes
2. It will open the default email program on your device. If you don't have a local program like Outlook , here's the email ID to use with something like gmail.com: [email protected]
3. Type "Register" as the subject.
4. Type your email ID you would like to use and your own name or your company's name.
5. Send it and you're done!
That's how you register your email ID. We'll send you email notifications about the state of the nation and your tax info.
When it is time to pay taxes, check your email. You should have received your property and income tax statements.
Here's how to pay it through email. Remember, your company must have an UIKA Credit Bank account. Otherwise, you need to pay in cash to the government:
1. Click the email button at the top. It says contact us or pay taxes
2. It will open the default email program on your device. If you don't have a local program like Outlook , here's the email ID to use with something like gmail.com: [email protected]
3. Type "Tax" into the subject line.
4. Type the amount you must pay, your business name, and say your company account's name. If you try to cheat and put some random person's account instead, your business will face heavy fines! Play it fair and don't be a scoundrel!!!
5. Send your email and you're done! Remember, you must send this or pay it in person within 1 and a half weeks since you got your statement. If you don't, you'll need to pay late fines. This is so easy and takes only a few minutes. Try to do it on time. If you don't it's okay, but you'll need to pay unless you give a satisfactory explanation through email or in person.
